Our company was born when two great friends sat around the Thanksgiving table to play music and enjoy exquisite food. Our hope is your family and friends can enjoy Humboldt Hotsauce in your pursuit of a   passionate life filled with music, friends, and fine food. 
Our Award winning sauces are made with all natural ingredients, are gluten free and feature a slow burn. 

We just released a new line of dry rubs that are perfect for grilling or for adding to your favorite soup, stew or pasta dish. 

We have also collaborated on two hot sauces. The first collaboration is our Smokin Hot Nooner Hotsauce,   which was a collaboration with Cafe Nooner Owners,Joe and Lorrena Filgas. This hot sauce is a chipotle  variety with orange, onions, carrots and roasted pasilla peppers.

Our most recent collaboration was with Sean Paxton, the Home Brew Chef to create a new line of hot sauces called Eat Beer Hotsauce! Our newest hot sauce is called Nor-Cal Mole made with Anderson Valley Barney Flats Oatmeal Stout, organic cocoa nibs, blood oranges, kaffir lime leaves, black garlic and white miso with pasilla and Carolina reapers. This hot sauce is currently available at https://chefs-table.homebrewchef.com/product/nor-cal-mole/ and soon coming to a store near you!
